Important information regarding this website

In an emergency the ability to reach as many people as possible, as quickly as possible with the right information, relies on a multi-channel communication process. No one emergency warning channel should be relied upon; every emergency situation is different and may influence what communication channel may be most appropriate to warn people.

You cannot be sure you are free from harms way by only using the information on this site. It is recommended that you obtain information from a variety of sources during an emergency incident.

The materials presented on this website are distributed by the SA Government as an information source only.
