Privacy

The Digital Service collects limited information necessary to operate and improve the Digital Service, including:

  • IP address information.
  • Date and time of access.
  • Pages viewed and documents downloaded.
  • Browser type, operating system and device information.
  • Information relating to a User's interaction with the Digital Service

Where a User creates a user account, personal information provided by the User and other information associated with the User's account may be collected for the purposes of establishing and administering the account, providing access to account related functionality, communicating with the User in connection with the Digital Service, and otherwise operating the Digital Service.

SAFECOM takes reasonable steps to protect personal information collected through the Digital Service in accordance with applicable policies of the Government of South Australia.

No attempt is made to identify Users who access or use the Digital Service without a user account, except where required by law or where necessary to protect the security, integrity or operation of the Digital Service.
